During DT week class 1 were very busy! Our theme was buildings and in groups, we designed a new Cathedral for London. We used cardboard boxes as our Cathedral then used a range of other materials such as tissue paper, pipe cleaners and lollipop sticks to make the various parts of our Cathedral. We have been very busy in our numeracy lessons this week. Class 1 have been learning all about place value, looking carefully at the digits to see the value of each one. We have used lots of different resources to make sure that we are place value experts!
