Class 1 had a great time enjoying Spanish Day last Friday. Children came in dressed in beautiful Spanish outfits and we did lots of learning about Spain in Class!
Here are some facts we learnt about Spain:
- The Capital city of Spain is called Madrid
- Spanish cuisine includes chorizo, paella and Spanish omlette.
- Spain get over 1 million visitors every year!
We were also lucky enough to have a Spanish visitor who read the popular book ‘Guess How Much I Love You’ to the class in Spanish.
