Stars of the Week: Jacob and Ava
This half term in Science, we are learning all about Plants. We have begun our topic by using our observation skills and setting up an experiment to investigate what makes the ideal growing conditions. We have planted 4 sunflower plants, 4 spinach plants and 4 daffodil plants and put them around the classroom with different variations.
Once we had planted our daffodils, our spinach and our sunflowers we then had to decide where to put them in the classroom for the best position for our experiment.
Now we need to keep an eye on our plants and remember to water the plants that need watering! We will let you know the results of our investigation. Great Science skills Year 2!
