The Blog of Cathedral Primary School's Class 3
A massive thank you to Mary (dental hygiene expert, school governor and Max’s mum) who visited Class 3 to support our Science learning about Teeth and Eating. We discussed how to keep our teeth healthy, looked at real examples of different types of teeth and learned how to floss. We went away with goodie bags too! Now you know why Class 3’s teeth look so healthy…
What a fun day! Class 3 learned so much about the rainforest and the animals who live there at London Zoo. We were fantastic rainforest explorers and found out about how animals are adapted to this environment. We also visited animals in other habitats around the zoo. Thank you to the staff at the zoo and to our parent helpers Rhonda, Mayomi and Nicola.
Class 3 led today’s service at the Cathedral for the celebration of Candlemas. We reflected on the theme of light and shared prayers.
