Well done Class 3 for all your hard work on your science homework projects. You have taught me so much about scientific inventions and famous scientists over the last week. We have seen excellent models, power points, booklets and interactive displays created by the children. The children presented their projects to Class 4 and also to the rest of the class.

Well done for a super day of Easter activities Class 3.

Miss Hatherley spotted a giant rabbit dropping off Easter eggs in the peace garden, so we decided to find and decorate them beautifully.

You have been excellent learners this Spring term class 3. Enjoy the holidays and Happy Easter!

 

 

Well done to Class 3 for all passing the cycle course with Festus and Simone.

The class improved their confidence in cycling, learnt the rules of cycling on roads and how to keep safe at all times.

Well done Class 3, you are now expert cyclists!

Class 3, Menier Theatre, The Adventure of Willow Witherbrow and the Lost Laughter!

Class 3 were true superstars on Tuesday, performing their very own performance of ‘The Adventure of Willow Witherbrow and the Lost Laughter’. Class 3 have been working over the Spring term with Molly (director), Ollie (musical director), Sam (dance choreographer) and Lucy at the (Menier Theatre), to produce their own play based on themes withing Funny Girl (currently running at the theatre).

The class have been led by truly talented professionals in dance, acting and singing. It has been an incredible opportunity for the children. We are really grateful to Menier Theatre for organising this.

Thank you so much to all the parents and carers of the children who came along to watch the performance, the support really was appreciated.

Finally, thank you to Class 3 for the excellent energy they brought to the stage on Tuesday – it really was an exciting and engaging play that we all enjoyed watching. Your hard work and efforts really paid off. Congratulations Superstars.
