Hopefully, you all got to see the puppets Class 3 made during DT week. In case you didn’t, here is a sample of what we designed and created. Class 3, did you enjoy making your puppet? What different skills did you use to make your puppet?

 

During our English lesson, we made a fruit salad and then planned out our instructions. When we had finished planning, we even got to eat it! Next, we wrote instructions (the recipe) and after lots of editing produced a final copy for a display.

In Science this half term we have been learning about ‘Rocks’. Below is a photo of the display we created in the KS2 corridor. Class 3, please write down some interesting rock facts below. Can you think of the names of different types of rock? When formed naturally, how is rock made?
