We have learnt so much about sound in Science. We have been investigating what sound is and learning how sound is a type of energy made by vibrations. When any object vibrates, it causes movement in the air particles – these particles bump into the particles close to them, making them vibrate.
We have also labelled diagrams of our ears and the workings inside of our ears – with pictures of our OWN ears.
Class 4, can you explain how sound travels?
I loved learning about sound. Sound is made by vibrations and light travels faster than sound.
Sound was really fun, there were some things I did not know about it.
