Stars of the week: Noella and Ben
This week in D.T., Class 4 have been constructing our pencil cases. They all worked extremely hard to use the different stitches (running stitch, backstitch and whipstitch) to create patterns on their felt, and some started to sew the sides together. Sewing is a very difficult skill to learn so well done to you all for working hard – and most importantly being very patient.
In English this week, we have been planning out the final chapter in the Iron Man story. Class 4 have been coming up with an ending to the battle between Iron Man and the spider-bat-angel-dragon, in a bid to save Planet Earth. Ben and Noella came up with some great ideas and considered the shock ending.
