This week, Year 5 have been learning all about Greece.
We have written our own fables, after being inspired and learning about Aesop’s fables (stories with a moral message).
We were very lucky, and had the chance to listen to a fable being read in Greek by Giota (Eliot’s mum in Year 1). Thank you very much to Goita for giving up her time, and answering all of our Greek questions – we learnt so much!
We also tried our best to learn Greek dancing. We might need a bit more practise to perfect the dance completely but we have a lot of fun trying!
