PGL was amazing. The pictures bring back so many happy memories. I miss PGL already! I’d love to go again one day. On the PowerFan (a drop from 12m) I went to the top. It was petrifying but I feel so proud…

My favourite is zipwire because they drag you up and you pull the rope and then you go down like a swing. The food was delicious when had bacon with bake beans mmmmm. I had a jolly time – thank you teachers!

I had an amazing experience. My favourite activities were absailing, giant swing and power fan. Absailing was very enjoyable; I feel that for some people it was challenging, but it tested your skills. On giant swing it is ecstasy to swing up and down, you can face your fears. We did power fan on the last day and it was awesome-it is a mind blowing experience and you will enjoy yourself. PGL was the best week!

PGL was fun exciting and muddy! I loved every second of it; my favourites were the giant swing, trapeze, quad biking, zipwire and powerfan. I really challenged myself in PGL and went to the very top on the giant swing. PGL was awesome! Despite the fact I got very muddy, I still enjoyed it and it was amazing. I will never forget this trip and this will be one of my best childhood memories! PGL is  a once in a lifetime opportunity and I got it and spent it well. I would love to go to PGL again if we had the chance.

We had a very jam-packed week! I really enjoyed Abseiling, Zip Wire, Giant Swing, Quad biking, Fencing, Sensory trail and Survival Skills. But we also did evening activities. They were games Robot Wars and my favourite… AMBUSH! I loved the food. We had pasta, salad, burgers (and that’s only some) for lunch and dinner and for breakfast cereal, fruit, yogurt and English breakfast. My bed was a cabin bed with two windows above me. In my room there were eight people. Abseiling is when you have to walk down a wall with the wind in your face. Zip wire is when you have to jump off a platform and you swing down a wire, sometimes you get butterflies. The giant swing is when you sit in a harness and you get pulled high and you pull a rope and you start to swing. PGL was amazing and I hope I go again!

I really enjoyed the PGL trip. My favourite activity was fencing and zip wire. I really enjoyed my stay in PGL because our instructors were really nice to us. The most exciting thing I enjoyed were the evening activities and going to the shop; my favrouite evening activity was robot wars – which I thought was amazing.

My trip to PGL was an adventure of twists and tales; many things I had done there I will treasure forever as a memory, but others I will remember as a thrill of exaltation. That is one that I will never forget: That very sense of adventure I could have trailed across the earth stopping at every point, but nothing would be the same than that very feeling and I would have never have had a more life-changing experience to remember. They say that PGL is also a great place to bond and discover new friendships. Sometimes, it can also make you see a different side of people, which I think is indeed true as I have made many new friendships and have strengthened my bonds with the people that where already my friends. PGL is a place for thrill and that is important to remember all throughout the holiday as when you come near to fear you retreat, this means don’t get held back by fear. Enjoy everything that comes your way and take it in your stride; fight on and you’ll enjoy even the terrifying aspects of adventure. At PGL adventure and thrill are promised and provided.

I really enjoyed this incredible opportunity, because I really think that ‘School Journey’ has drawn our class together and we’ve now built on our strengths and are far more adventurous and courageous. It has helped to develop our skills and has probably been one of the most exciting, memorable and interesting experiences I think I have ever had in my life.

PGL was the best time of my life – I hope I get another opportunity like this; thank you Cathedral School.
PGL was a great experience and my favourite activities were: Zip Wire, Giant Swing, Abseiling and Aero Ball. We also had evening activities and my favourite was Ambush. We did other evening activities such as: Robot wars, Wacky Races ect. I also think that this opportunity is once in a lifetime because we have now got far more adventurous and courageous because we pushed ourselves!

For me, PGL was an experience of a life time; the different things we did were certainly challenging but, of course, everyone conquered their fears. For me, my favourite activity was ambush, as some people were afraid of the dark and the creatures in the woods but of course we were all kept safe – out of harm’s way.

PGL was fantastic! I had a amazing time doing rock climbing, zip wire, abseiling, powerfan, giant swing (which was great), raft building, quad biking and loads more. I can’t say what was my favourite activity, but if I had to pick one I would have to say it was the giant swing because it was just simply awesome. Everything at PGL was great, from the place we were staying to all the fun activities. PGL was something I will never forget as it has given me some great memories. Thank you so much teachers for planning our – words can’t describe – trip.

I had the best time at PGL! The best activities I did were the trapeze and the giant swing. Those were my favourite activites because they are both extremely high ( I love heights!), and I think they were really enjoyable activites because they both encourage children to achieve their goals and it also makes children face their fears too I had a wonderful time! It was amazing! Thank you Miss Fullana and Mr Scott!

I hope everyone had a fun time, looks like so much fun. Everyone seemed to enjoy it! Just like we did last year. My whole class enjoyed it, so I am so glad that everyone in your class did also. The fencing looked fun! Did you have fun at that? I could also see everyone was co-operating with each other, and a lot of teamwork was seen with everyone! Well done, I hope everyone had the best time!
