Digital Technology
On Tuesday, we had a visit from Louise who works at the London Connected Learning Centre. She brought in cameras, voice recorders and digital microscopes for the class to explore. Here are the results!
Photos taken by the class of our morning:
The children used voice recorders to sing, tell stories and practise phonics! Can you hear any familiar voices?
Space Exploration
Our new topic in nursery is space! This week we have found out about life on the International Space Station for the British astronaut Tim Peake, and built our own space station in class. There have also been playdough aliens rocket repairs in the outside area.
We also created sun patterns by tie-dyeing with turmeric, making our classroom a very sunny place to be!
Have you ever thought about how our clothes get to be different colours?
How do you think we created the sun patterns on the fabric?
