Stars of the week: All of Reception
Last week, Reception took a trip to Southwark Cathedral. We looked at the different church symbols and what happens inside a church. The children got to dress up like Bishop Christopher and even sat on his chair! We also looked at the stained glass windows and acted out a christening at the font. We even got to see the Golden Hind on the way! The staff from the education centre at the cathedral were amazed by how well the children behaved and how thoughtful they were when asking and answering questions. Well done Reception!
