This week is assessment week for the School. Children will be completing writing, maths and reading assessments with myself and Sara. Reading books will not be changed this week as a result of this, please read books from home and write a comment in your child’s reading record. Children will be taught their usual subjects in the afternoon, this week we are learning about:
- RE- How Mary and Joseph felt when they received the good news
- Geography- using maps to find our school and London landmarks
- History- learning about The Mayflower ship which travelled from England to America in 1620 (with some passengers from Southwark!)
Please support your child with learning their nativity lines and songs, scripts were handed out last week. If you need another copy, please let me know.
