World Faiths Week

During our first week back, Cathedral School has been a hive of activity for World Faiths Week. Throughout the week the children have been investigating faiths from around the world and on Thursday we were very happy to welcome Father Andrew into Class 6, as well as Krishna from Hinduism Workshops for Schools who ran a workshop on the Hindu Faith for Classes 1 to 5. We practised traditional Hindu face painting, learnt how to tie saris and turbans, found out about the Gods of the faith and some of the stories about them.
It has been a great opportunity to have hands-on experiences, investigate something new or develop a more profound understanding.

What have you learnt during World Faiths Week?
