Summer 1 Week 2- The London Eye.

Star of the week: All of Class 3

Class 3’s Geography topic this half term is ‘Discovering Maps’, and we have been focusing on London. This week Class 3 went on The London Eye and were able to make observations about London from an aerial point of view. During our trip, we took lots of photos from different perspectives; drew some maps of the South Bank and planned a setting description. All of Class 3 worked really hard and behaved brilliantly, well done!

Below, are some of the photos Class 3 took whilst on the London Eye.

It was a very cool experience. My favourite part was when I was up in the air. I could even see London from a aerial view point, or what you may call it, a bird eye view. I could see the river Thames, The house of parliament, Buckingham palace, The Shard, and of course St Paul’s Cathedral!
