In Science lessons, Class 2 are currently learning all about the human body and how to keep it healthy. They are thinking ways to exercise, eat and wash to keep fit and healthy. It is a great topic to study because it helps the children to understand how to look after themselves.

What are the 5 most important things you can do every day to keep your body healthy and clean?
My mum and I discussed about how to stay healthy. We should all eat veggies and fruit, drink milk and avoid junk food for example.
Suriya was telling her sister what was healthy to eat and what wasn’t and that you should always eat fruit and salad everyday to stay healthy, and drink milk too when your bones are developing!
I have learnt to stay healthy even more since this lesson. Because I didn’t know all of these things before, but now I do know all of these things. I also know not to do too much exercise or not enough but just do the right amount for you. This is when you are a bit sweaty and you have a bit of an ache in your leg!
