It is very important that children in Year 2 become familiar with multiplication and division facts. To start with, children should know the 2, 5 and 10 times tables and then work up through the times tables from 3-12.

    I like Maths because I get to learn about subtracting and adding and all the different signs.
    I also like doing sums.
