This week, Classes 2 and 4 were visited by the Children’s Intelligence Agency (CIA). The CIA Team taught the children about computer technology … but not in the way you might think.
The children learnt about how technology can be used to perform many different task. Also, the children discussed some of the ethical points that arise from technology. Is it ok to use technology to listen to other people’s conversations? Is working in technology a ‘male job’? How can technology be used to change the world for the better?
Class 2 learnt about Spy Technology and even designed their own wearable devices. Class 4 gave some very thoughtful and insightful opinions in their debate on technology issues.
