Stars of the Week: Orla and Harry
This week in Class 3 we have continued our learning of place value in maths. We have looked at how to partition 3 digit numbers into the hundreds, tens and ones, for example 362 = 300+60+2. We have also looked at how you can partition numbers in multiple ways, for example 872 can be partitioned into 700+170+2, or 700+100+72, or 500+200+72.
