Stars of the Week: Nathan L and Oscar
Class 3 were wonderful at their Candlemas Service yesterday at the Cathedral. They first learnt about Candlemas a few weeks ago, where we were visited by Father Michael who spoke about what Candlemas is. He answered their many questions on life and Jesus and it was lovely to see the class so enthusiastic about the topic. We then wrote our own reflections and prayers on Candlemas, all of which were so thoughtful and lovely. The class worked very hard at saying their lines clearly and slowly and myself, Lydia and Abigail felt very proud of them! Thank you again to parents for your support in listening to your children read their lines and for coming to the cathedral.
