We had a fantastic time at our Charles Dickens Workshop today. We heard the story of Charles Dicken’s early live before using sound and drama to create our own versions. We also enjoyed finding out some extra information about his life and the life of other Victorian Children at the Cuming Museum.
It was amazingly fun,I never expected it to be that fun. I really enjoyed Olivia’s story she was really funny and it was very mysterious especially the malodorous smells of the River Thames and the streets ,I also liked the objects and games, such as the snake and ladders.
I really enjoyed that trip and really learned alot about Victorians. Thanks Olivia!!!!
It was really fun learning about Charles Dickens, and I really enjoyed the workshop and smelling all different kinds of smells from Victorian London, my favourite part of the trip was the storytelling .
That trip was really good, the person had really fun way of teaching people
