Year 5 have worked really hard to produce some wonderful volcanoes. They look extremely life-like, and have taken a lot of time in order to create such a realistic effect.
Step 1 – We had to glue a bottle to the base of the cardboard
Step 2 – Scrunch newspaper into small balls and bulk out the shape
Step 3 – Cover this structure with mod-rock
Step 4 – Then paint to create an authentic looking volcano.

I had so much fun espically using mod rock for the first time. I think everyone should be proud of their volcanoes. 😉
