Stars of the Week: Clementine & Chisom
This week, we have started gathering ideas for our 500 Words story competition entries. We read lots of previous winners and many of last year’s top 50 stories to help inspire our own. We have been creating word banks of ambitious language as well as thinking how to vary our sentence structure to engage the reader and make our work exciting. We are looking forward to writing them next week!
