In Class 1 we have been doing lots of interesting activities to help us learn about time and place value.
To help us learn about time we used clocks that we could move the hands around to show the correct time. Then Mr Rojas tested us by asking us a specific time question which we then had to show on our own clocks.
We have also been learning about place value using base ten blocks. We had to partition numbers into tens and units and sometimes even hundreds.
We have really been enjoying the hands on maths activities in Class 1 as the photos show.
