5 Times Table

Below is an outline of how to learn, and apply knowledge of, the 5 times table:
- Learn the 5 times table in order, e.g. 0 x 5 = 0, 1 x 5 = 5, etc.
- Recite the 5 times table in a random order, 9 x 5 = 45, 5 x 3 = 15, etc.
Extension Challenge
- Learn related division facts, e.g. 40 / 5 = 8 and 40 / 5 = 8.
- Learn related fraction facts, e.g. 1/5 of 60 is 12 and 1/12 of 60 is 5.
