World Faiths Week

For World Faiths Week , we worked hard on learning all about Hinduism and Islam. We learnt in lessons about the music they listen to, what Muslims and Hindus eat and also how they celebrate festivals. We also researched Islam and Hinduism during ICT and at home.

We created our own class religious mantra with percussion instruments and using our own voices.

At the end of the week, we worked in groups and presented all our findings to the class.

I loved World Faiths Week, it was fun and exciting, I enjoyed listening to the music of Hinduism and Islam.
For  home work we wrote about Hinduism and Islam, some of us typed and some of us wrote on a  piece of paper.
We learnt how some Muslims don’t eat for a month.
We made are own music band, using lot’s of different instruments and we hummed.
World Faiths Week was the best lesson ever.

I enjoyed Worlds Faiths Week. My favourite part was when we did Mehndi in art.

In world faith week I enjoyed thinking about our class assembly mantra with Miss Hatherley. We all enjoyed the class mantra. I also enjoyed learning about the five pillars of Islam. We all learnt a fact. Hinduism is the oldest religion  on earth.
