Well done to Year 3, who celebrated World Book Day wearing fantastic book character costumes. Thank you to all the children who put a lot of effort into creating their own costumes.
Some alarming events have been taking place at Cathedral School this week, where it was announced that dragons had been spotted in the sky. We linked this to our Adventure Story theme in literacy and studied character descriptions in the Adventure Story Lily Dragon.
The children have created their own wonderful character profiles, inspired by World Book Day.

There were some brilliant costumes, so all I need to say is Well Done parents who organised the costumes, and, Thank You Mrs Scott for letting us have so many books. Also, Thank You for letting us dress up for World Book Day!
