Class 3 get creative!

Class 3 have starting working on their 500 word story for the BBC Radio 2 500 Word competition.

We have begun creating a word bank to describe our senses to write an excellent setting. Our story will be set in a park, so we went to Redcross Gardens and described what we could see, hear, feel and touch.

After we collated our word brainstorms, we then turned these ideas into creative noun phrases, with ambitious adjectives.

I can see your stories are going to be wonderful Class 3!

When I was there, it was fun because I almost completed the whole sheet that we had and when we were near the pond, it was frozen but it was only a quarter of the pond that was ice.
