Stars of the week: Joshua & Betty
Class 4 have shown great enthusiasm with all our new topics this half-term. Especially with the topic of Ancient Greece, where we have learnt about some of the major god and goddesses like the mighty Zeus and the speedy Hermes as well as some of the culture from that time.
In science we’ve begun with the topic of living things and their habitats. We delved into the method of classification, answering the question of what makes a reptile, a reptile or a fish, a fish.
In English, we’ve reviewed word classes and thought about new ways to create complex sentences using subordinate clauses.
