The things I liked about Sports Day were that everybody got to take part and have a good time. The skills I used were included: keeping my balance and not looking at anybody else, just concentrating on what I was doing.

The new skills I learnt are that if you do a standing long jump to put your arms back and bend your legs to give you a spring.

I really enjoyed sports day. I loved how everyone could take part in any sport, whatever it was. My favourite sports were the hurdles and the javelin because I was very good at them both and they are my favourite sports. I learnt a lot of things but firstly how to hold a javelin. You should hold one side with two fingers and the other side with one. I would love to go back to Burgess Park again 😛 🙂

I really enjoyed Sports Day this year, not only was it in Burgess Park but everyone took part and cheered on their team!

A new skill I learnt for the long jump was to hold both your feet together and put your hands back to give you a spring.
