On Friday 4th April 2012, Class 3 led a wonderful and reflective service based on the values of the Olympics.
After Father Bruce visited Class 3 earlier in the term to discuss these values, Class 3 wrote thoughtful prayers and reflections about the impact of these values for Christians. Father Bruce was incredibly impressed by how much they had explored the ideas they discussed in that session and how mature their reflections were in Friday’s service.
All parents and visitors who were present for the service commented on the thoughtfulness of the children too.
This combined with the fabulous singing of the other children in the school meant it was a very memorable occasion indeed.
