Nursery have been hard at work finding ways to scare away the monster that has been after our flower bulbs. We thought it might look like this:
We found out it was a monster so horrible it was scared of its own reflection, so decided to make some shiny monster-scarers to frighten it away!
We also made a big scarecrow together, working very hard on our sewing skills.
We wrote letters to the rest of the school warning them about the creature, and got some wonderful letters in reply. Thank you very much especially to Class 2 and Class 5 for their very interesting and helpful ideas.
Well done Nursery. The scary creature is gone. Well done!

It looks like you’ve solved the mystery of the monster. I was so scared but luckily you saved the day and I have no need to be scared any more. I never thought that that monster would be caught. Well done nursery. You did very well.
