On Book Day, we dressed up as our favourite book characters and enjoyed sharing with the class the books our characters appeared in. We then had a visit from Class 3 and read stories together.

During Book Week, we wrote our own endings for the story The Odd Egg by Emily Gravett. Here is our display, showing what might hatch out of the egg:
I had a really lovely day with nursery on world book day and you all looked so fantastic, well done nursery x
Oh it looks like you have had lots of fun, I remember coming down to the infants and reading. I really had fun. I realised that even though nursery are so young, they can listen very well. I really had fun and I think that the rest of the class did too, the costumes were amazing. I just want to know what nursery thought of mine and Naima’s reading. What did you enjoy? Would you like to do it again?
