Welcome Winston the Hermit Crab!

Today we welcomed Winston the Hermit Crab to our class. He is a Purple Pincer Hermit Crab that we have as a class pet, not only as part of our work on ‘Under the Sea’, but also to teach us how to care for an animal. We were all very excited and whilst he slept for the afternoon, this morning he was a bit more active! We are all very excited to have him in our classroom. Stay tuned on the blog for lots more of Winston!

I was excited to have a pet when Winston was coming because I have never had a real pet.

Winston is very nice and we keep him safe and we feed him pop corn and we like the smell of his tank.
