Stars of the week: Belen and Masroor
Well done Class 4 for settling back to school so well.
In Maths this week, we refreshed our place value knowledge of 2-digit numbers and moved onto partitioning the numbers into tens and ones. Class 4 worked very hard to partition each number on place value grids and explain what each digit is worth.
In English, we started to plan out our own Viking sagas, and created our own heroes who have to defeat a monster. We discussed what we would like our characters to look like and how we would like them to behave. Next week we are going to set the scene of our saga and think about the major battle that the hero and the monster face.
