School Council have organised a Christmas Jumper Day on Wednesday 17th December. The idea is that the children replace their school jumper with a Christmas jumper for the day.
This is a nationwide initiative with all proceeds going to Save the Children.
School Council came up with the following guidance:
- Please can children bring a donation of £2 to school in a named envelope
- Children can wear a Christmas jumper to school on 17th December (the jumper can be home-made)
- If children do not have a Christmas jumper they can wear Christmas colours to school on that day
- Please do not wear trainers or high heeled shoes or boots to school
