We are Scientists!

Well done Class 3 for all your hard work on your science homework projects. You have taught me so much about scientific inventions and famous scientists over the last week. We have seen excellent models, power points, booklets and interactive displays created by the children. The children presented their projects to Class 4 and also to the rest of the class.

Here are some pictures! Class 3, share on this blog what your science project was about and some interesting facts you presented to the class.

I really enjoyed making my project and watching everyone else showing their projects, and I did my project on Thomas Alva Edison. Thomas Alva Edison made the long lasting light bulb the motion camera and so much more. I also loved Ellah in year 4s project because she made a modle of the first telephone. I enjoyed making my project with Amaan and I learnt new things. I also got to teach  my mum about new people.

I really enjoyed the science project and I did mine on Alexander Graham Bell and Steve Jobs. For Alexander Graham Bell ,I did a candle stick telephone and for Steve Jobs I did an I phone. Doing the science project was really fun and I couldn’t choose whose was the best because everyone added detail.

I loved making my science project from the very beginning to the very end. I worked on the creation of the X-Ray and my favourite stage was gluing on the title made of bones. When the day came for everyone to show their project we were all really excited. We were all nervous as well, hoping that people would enjoy and like seeing our projects displayed. After that, Miss Hatherley told us that our projects were incredible and we were so pleased because we had loved working on them. We all had worked very hard on them. Did you know that the German Inventor Wilhelm Roentgen invented the X-ray? Science is one of my favourite subjects in school.    🙂

That day was a very good one. My project was about Albert Einstein. I’m was a bit annoyed that James had the same resources as me. I’ve got over it though!
