New Arrivals!

Our eggs have started hatching after three weeks in the incubator. We now have three happy chicks, what a great start to the week!
What do you think they should be called?

I think they should be called Holly, Daniel and if a girl Laura, if a boy Sam.

WOW! That’s amazing nursery!! I saw earlier on in the video that the chicks were bigger and had brighter yellow fur. Are they eating healthily? Did you get to hold them? WELL DONE NURSERY AND A BIG HELP FROM MISS DACE! Good luck looking after them. CHEEP CHEEP!

Wow! That was a miracle birth. I can’t believe that Nursery took such care of them. Miss Dace that was so wonderful of you to let Nursery have them and thank you for filming this. All I said was aww!
This the 5th thing I like about this school (even though I have loads more) which is that we get to have the chicks.

I think Nusery are very lucky because they have had chicks and this chick ‘the new arrival’ was called Fluffy acording to Nusery’s lovely assembly. They now know alot about chicks eg because they knew that chicks an egg tooth, even if some people in KS2 didn’t!

It was exciting watching the chicks hatch gradually because it is wonderful to hear good news of new hatchlings growing in their eggs. It’s wonderful and lovely!
