Stars of the week: Noella and Thomas
This week, we have been learning about Remembrance Day. We found out why we celebrate Remembrance Day each year and why the poppy is a symbol. The children then used the computer programme 2paint a picture to design and make their own poppies.
We have now moved on to Phase 3 letters and sounds in Phonics. The children will be bringing home Phase 3 Sound Mats, High Frequency Words and Tricky Words this week to practise with at home.
