To round off the half-term, class 4 went on a trip to the River Thames to apply our knowledge on rivers. This was the topic for our geography lessons.
It also provided us with a good insight into the Tudors (our topic for this term).
We started at Bankside Pier and went mud-larking along the foreshore, searching for evidence of the Tudors. We were lucky as the foreshore was awash with artifacts from the Tudor era!
We then went around the area in search of more evidence of Tudor living. We stopped off at the Globe Theatre, the Rose Theatre and the Golden Hinde!
It gave us a brilliant start to our learning and we are all anxious to get stuck in now!
It looks like you had a great time on your trip Class 4.
